We write about the thing that takes up most of a life and gets the least honest coverage: the daily reality of family.
What we are
Not an advice service, not an authority. Just a small corner of the internet where someone tells the truth about how hard and how good ordinary family life can be.
How we got here
By living it. By getting plenty of it wrong, and slowly learning a few things that might spare someone else a bit of the same struggle. Everything here comes from experience, not from a manual.
What we believe
That there is no correct shape for a family. That the good stuff happens in small, unremarkable moments. That admitting you do not have it figured out is more helpful than pretending you do.
What you will find
Plain writing, no lectures, no perfect families. Just ideas worth trying, offered by people who are still figuring it out themselves.
